1. What VASAI is
VASAI is non-custodial software: a smart-contract interface that lets you swap the USDG stablecoin into a basket of third-party tokenized stock instruments on Robinhood Chain via Uniswap, and redeem it back. VASAI is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custodian. We never hold your private keys and cannot move your funds, except as the published smart-contract code executes your own transactions.
2. Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions
Tokenized stock instruments accessible through this interface are issued by third parties for users outside the United States. By using VASAI you represent that you are not a U.S. person, not located in, incorporated in, or acting for the benefit of a person in the United States or any jurisdiction where use of such instruments or this interface is restricted, and that you are of legal age and legally permitted to use it where you live. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws, including tax obligations.
3. Package mechanics you accept
- Deposited USDG is swapped on public Uniswap pools at market prices — pool fees and price impact apply and are not fees charged by VASAI.
- Purchased stock tokens are held by the smart contract as market-making inventory; you cannot transfer them directly.
- Each purchase arms a redemption lock (currently 1 hour, at most 72 hours). After the lock you may redeem any part of your package back to USDG at then-current market prices, at any time — redemption is never gated by the operator, including while new purchases are paused.
4. Risks
You can lose everything you deposit. Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose.
- Market risk — tokenized stocks are volatile; the value of your package moves with markets, including while it is locked.
- Smart-contract risk — the contracts are tested but not yet independently audited; bugs may exist.
- Third-party risk — USDG, the stock tokens, Uniswap and Robinhood Chain are outside our control; their issuers may change, restrict, or upgrade their contracts at any time.
- Liquidity risk — thin pools can cause slippage on purchase or redemption.
- Instrument risk — tokenized stocks are derivative debt-style instruments, not shares; holders have no shareholder rights.
5. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Displayed prices, PnL, projections and any simulation labeled SIMULATED / paper trading are informational only. Historical or simulated performance does not predict future results. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VASAI and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the interface or the smart contracts, including loss of funds, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Your sole remedy is to stop using the software.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and the interface at any time; the current version is always at this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
